Your data rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you can access, correct, export, or erase personal data we hold. We do not sell personal information. California residents have equivalent CCPA/CPRA rights.

• Erase your account and all tasks from Settings (signed-in). Deletion is automated.
• Export notes as Markdown from a completed task before you delete.
• Email privacy@notespark.dev for access or correction requests. We respond within 30 days.
